Infrastructure Bill

Call me an absolute cynic (it would be apropos) but I'm just waiting on these funds being used on more deleterious highway expansions instead of reducing wait times at bus stops and increasing the number and scope of routes.

Highway projects are such low hanging fruit for lawmakers because it's just feel good legislation. More road =/= less congestion. Lookup 'induced demand' for more information. Here's a good and short explainer.
