infant/toddler swim lessons recs

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for infant/toddler swim lessons? I went to the Y fairly recently and tbh it's more than I thought it would be. The cheapest option is to get a membership solely for a program (ie swim lessons in our case) which is $25 monthly and then swim lessons are $75 a week, which is a lot. JW, if you all know of somewhere more economically reasonable. My child loves to be outside and it's a pain to bring him in, I figure his being able to learn to swim is a knock two birds with one stone, but not if it's looking like I'm spending over $300 a month.
