Indoor places to take an elder parent to walk.

So my mom is a bit older and not in the best of health. Nonetheless I would like to take her on walks but I would greatly prefer to take her someplace indoors. Thing is, that she does get tired quickly given her medical condition she needs occasional places to go sit down.

Several malls tend to not have chairs (I worked at the mall for over 8yrs and saw that all too often), so I don’t want to risk it. Are there any suggestions???
