Indoor/outdoor rental space

I am looking to host an event that can have upto 50 people. Open to any part of Houston and surrounding suburbs. Budget is $2k for food and space. Looking for a space that has indoor space that leads to an outdoor space like a patio or lawn. Any suggestions? TIA
