Indie music scene in houston?

Sup y’all, I was wondering where the indie music scene may be in houston, aside from Satellite Bar and white oak. I love the homeyness of satellite bar especially because they often host cheap shows with smaller / local bands.

In addition, is there anywhere that plays experimental / avant-garde music of any genre?
