Indie Chefs Community scales back summer Commune festival due to Covid-19 concerns

Houston-based Indie Chefs Community has scaled back its 2021 plans Commune, a new festival originally slated for Aug. 21 to Sept. 5.

Due to the growing number of Covid-19 cases and hospitalizations, the full Commune event now will be held in March 2022, the organization announced Aug. 3. A “preview” event will be held Aug. 26, 27 and 29.
