Indications are that Terran Green, the suspected police shooter, is trapped in house near Humble

ABC13 has a chopper over the scene. It is believed that he has shot two officers in an attempt to arrest him (one reported to be a US Marshall).

Ongoing scene. Both Grizzy and ABC13 are currently live at 8/17/2023 1940. Let's hope everyone beyond this point goes home safe. Very tense situation. Those in that area near Summer Creek HS and BW8 and John Ralston – AVOID THE AREA! Traffic is insane.

EDIT 1948: Sunset Ridge West community is all blocked off. Street where suspect is barricaded is Silhouette Ridge. Officers who were shot were reported to be taken to Kingwood Hospital, so that is good news (vs. Life Flight).

EDIT 2002: They are smoking out the house where (alleged) shooter is barricaded. SWAT doesn't seem to be messing around any longer. Let's hope there is no one else in that house beyond perp. Grizzy's News is about 100 yards from the house streaming live.
