Indian Wedding Caterer

Hello my fellow redditors,

My fiancé and I are in the midst of planning our wedding in the coming year and looking for caterers who specialize in Indian food. We have an estimated 150 people wedding with several events. I want to know if any of you can provide insight or share you experiences and recommendations on caters you have tried. We really want to make sure the food is amazing since, let’s be honest, that is the one thing people will remember and always talk about. I appreciate any and all insight. Thank you!
