Independent Subaru Mechanic Recommendations

Looking for recommendations for an independent Subaru mechanic. My 2011 Legacy is due for major service including timing belt, and the dealership quote war higher than I thought was reasonable. The 2.5L boxer is a little strange compared to most engines, and there is one specialty tool needed to remove the crank pulley. Google hasn't been super helpful, so I'm hoping someone here can send me in the right direction.
