Indecent Exposure

Hey there Houston,

Just wanted to make y’all aware that yesterday at 5pm I witnessed a man publicly masturbating while sitting on the hood of his white Toyota Camry in the Braeswood neighborhood (corner of Kelving and Underwood). It was a black, heavyset male. I have filed a police report.

It was not pleasant to see that while on a nice Sunday walk with my dog. Hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
