In town for 5 days, must have food places (nothing fancy!)

Hey! Visiting Houston for a few days, in the uptown area. Any food recommendations/must eats? We're not a fan of super fancy places, just looking for good food/portions at a good price. We hit some food trucks last night and it was excellent food.
