In the first inning of his rehab start, the Round Rock Express have batted around the order against Framber Valdez

They scored five runs on six hits with Framber’s fastball looking pretty awful (although the defense certainly didn’t help).

Edit: Final Line for Framber: 3.0 IP 7H 5R 1ER 0BB 3K on 47 pitches

Defense really let him down in that first inning. Settled in and looked good for the rest, but will be interesting to see how much velocity he gets back over the next couple starts.
