In need of amazing blonde hair colorist please

I colored my brown hair last year for the first time blonde, I loved it. I went back for two root touch ups. The first went great, she did all these high and low lights that added depth, just amazing. When back again and the regular person has left that salon. Another colorist stepped in, discussed for 10 minutes color I wanted, I ended up saying as long as my roots are blonde I'll be happy. She WAY over processed my hair! And it's brown. My hair is breaking in chunks, it feels like straw, and the roots are brown, I want to cry. I'm scared to even brush my hair. I've been using deep conditioners 2x week but it has been over a month and little improvement. I'm looking for an amazing color correctionist, socializing in blonde do you know one? Please advise, where I can go? I'll drive any where… Woodlands, Katy, Sugarland, inner loop. Who out there do you think is amazing and does your blonde. Thanks
