In Houston 2-20 but its extremely cold today, whats the best thing to do?

In Houston from out of town and just wondering from the locals what would your ideal day be in today’s weather. Came down for a golf trip and looking for some things to do in the city? I plan on going to Pinkerton’s for dinner tonight but if you have any suggestions would love to hear them.
