Imperial Redevelopment District
The Imperial Redevelopment District has the powers provided for in Chapters 49 and 54 of the Water Code which enable them to act on issues of Implementing or contracting with other entities to implement a Tax Increment Financing District Project Plan.
Developer requests for infrastructure reimbursement pursuant to the statutes and agreements.
Issuing bonds to finance eligible project costs.
Establishing District ad valorem tax rates.
