I’m planning on opening a food truck in the area

Are there any current food truck owners that are willing to give some tips and talk, or have any recommendation on how to connect with others in the industry? Especially with determining a commissary and location(s) set up.

My partner and I are looking into opening a truck next fall, centralizing in Asian/southern(mostly Texas/Louisiana) cooking, themed around things we generally enjoy.
