I’m looking for my first apartment, Anyone know any good apartment complexes or any bad ones to stay away from?

I’d appreciate any help anyone would be able to give me on my look for a new apartment. Let me know about both your good and bad experiences with apartments. If you have any helpful tips about what to watch out for as well when looking into a place, I’d appreciate that as well.
