I’m looking for an engineer who deployed one of the first wind/solar and diesel systems in Mexico in the 90s for small communities.

He was my Dad’s colleague, his wife was a doctor, he had a special name for to road to the deployment and when she visited she helped a teenager to learn more English. I would greatly appreciate your help
