I’m looking for a Chinese takeout place owned by two brothers in the Alief/Stafford area. (cont.)

I know that's like trying to find a needle in a haystack, but one of the brothers name's is Chu and he used to own a laundry mat in my old neighborhood in Meyerpark area off of N. Braeswood and the closest street I can remember is Chimney Rock. Chu moved over here to help his brother with his restaurant after covid hit. The food was really good and Chu and I were shocked when he first delivered to me and we saw each other again. I ordered from a delivery service, and I've looked through all of the ones I have and can't find it in any of my previous orders. I know it's a long shot, but it'd be great to order from there again and see my friend. Thanks!
