I’m just west of beltway 8 and I10 and got an extreme tornado alert saying to take shelter immediately

Anyone else here? It is quite windy outside. No experience with tornadoes. I'm in an apartment building on the 4th floor exterior. I think I'm going to sit in my car on the first floor of the parking garage for a bit…. Please share any info or tips if you have any.
