If you’re looking for a furry friend this summer, consider checking out the BARC shelter. They’re constantly running out of space and having to put down animals.

See facebook link below for animals that urgently need homes. Volunteers have met with the pets and have notes/video on their behavior. Please contact the Volunteers for BARC group on Facebook for more information or if you are interested in a pet.

Dogs pictured below need to have a plan by 1pm Saturday or will be put down. Between 6 – 14 dogs a day are put down at BARC. If you're not able to adopt/foster, please consider donating or volunteering.
