A women by the name of rebecca smith has been using the online site called omegle to show her skinning stray cats alive on many children tags. she has posted disturbing images of cat meat on her social media’s also. many have been able to dig up a possibly on who she might be, but it is speculated that she is around 23, and her address is thought to be Houston TX 72143 24.98.64.149 or 311 N sawmill rd, searcy AR.
