if you have a non-cable provider, does your streaming TV channels service provide the local RSN channel, Space City?

Is the local Regional Sports Network channel, Space City, available on streaming TV channel/network packages? In my subdivision there is both cable and fiber-optic service, but I want to drop the cable service I currently have. The choice of streaming service would depend on Astros and Rockets game availability. I found something online, but it may be outdated/misinformed. According to it, our RSN is available only on two online streaming services, but I had been leaning towards different ones.
