If we Re-Sign JV, we should Restock the Farm by Trading Luis Garcia

As we all know, the farm is dreadful and at some point it needs to be retooled. If going into 2023 we have:

McCullers

Javier

Garcia

Urquidy

Brown

Garcia likely still has some value, and there are some teams trying to contend who's starting pitching is in the trenches (ex: Twins and Orioles). Thoughts?
