If we can’t trade back, would you be okay with Sauce Gardner at 3?

I’d love to trade back, but who would trade up to 3? The Jets pick 4 and they aren’t a threat to take a QB. Also, Is there really a QB worth taking at 3? I could see a team like Washington possibly moving up from 11, but it’d make more sense for them to trade with the Jets or Giants.

In the event that we are on the board at 1.03, would you be ok with Gardner? Or would you rather take a chance on an EDGE who isn’t Hutchinson or a tackle to eventually replace Howard and/or Tunsil?

I think Gardner had the makings of a true shutdown CB, like an AJ Terell (though not quite as athletic). With him and potentially a player like Bradbury on the outside, plus Desmond King I’m the slot, we could have a really really good group of CBs.
