If Watson wants a Super Bowl winning culture, imagine GM Caserio, HC Bieniemy and OC Dug Pederson.

Having these three on the Texans staff would mean we have key staff from the last three Super Bowl winning teams (Chiefs, Pats and Eagles). Pederson is from the Andy Reid tree so it is conceivable he might have good connections with Bieniemy. I believe this would establish strong leadership to surround DW4.
