If the Mcnair sells the Texans, does that mean the team will no longer exist or will someone else just pick it up?

I’m hoping it’s not like what happened to the browns ravens thing. I love the Texans. They are my team and yea they aren’t great but that doesn’t mean I want them to not be a team anymore just cause we been losing. I’m nervous tbh cause I hear ppl say he may want to sell the team or ppl want him to sell the team and I just I don’t know what that’s gonna mean for this franchise so I’m curious what do u guys think this means
