If it actually gets built, do y’all think the proposed route for the Houston-Dallas bullet train will stay the same?

I looked at the proposal maps, and as of now, it sure seems like it’s going to go through a lot of expensive suburbs. Cypress is a pretty sought after suburban area. I can’t see people being super cool with that, but granted eminent domain doesn’t really care. What do y’all think?
