If I’m offered a job in Baytown, what’s the nicest city that I could live in?

My salary could be around 120-130K.

Fiancé makes about 30K right now… will hopefully be making about 70-80K in 3 years once done.

We are not fans of HOAs. We want land and privacy over cookie cutter homes.
