If I pay a speeding ticket online, do I still need to go to court?

Sorry if this is a dumb question. I got a speeding ticket last month for the first time, literally two days before I moved out of state 🤦🏼‍♀️ I just now paid it off online. Just to confirm, I don’t need to attend the court date, right? I have a feeling I don’t need to, I definitely don’t want to assume otherwise.
