Ideas for a Fun date night/activity for bday

My wife and I are wanting to do something fun next weekend in Houston just the two of us for my bday and are looking for ideas. We rarely get one on one time due to having 4 young kids so just looking for some good ideas of a place to eat/activity to do for just the two of us!
