ID Help

Hey everyone, I am unfortunately a Texans fan.

Last year I found this mini helmet with a signature. The fingerprint in the middle is a representation of how I feel being a Texans fan, out of place, sloppy, a mistake, etc.

Anyway I cannot figure out who signed this thing. The first character is I thought was a B but now I think it may be a 3? What say you?
