IAH underground tram Closure – how will I get between terminals before security

Strange case – I have an upcoming flight out of terminal A though will be returning to terminal C. Will be checking a bag so will need to go to the terminal C baggage claim on arrival. How do I get from terminal C baggage claim to Terminal A parking garage with the tram closed for construction?
