IAH Terminal Parking?

We have a flight this evening and paid for parking at C/D/E terminal. Should we prepare for heavy traffic to park at terminal, arriving there around 4pm?

I've never done terminal parking before and am not sure where it is even after looking at the map. Any tips or tricks welcomed!
