IAH Terminal E Parking

I've got an upcoming flight leaving from IAH E. In the past, I've just parked at C and hoofed it through the terminals, but there's a big warning on the United Confirmation Page saying there is "very limited" access to E from C's parking due to the construction.

Anyone have recent experience with this?
