IAH Terminal E Arrivals parking

I have to pick up a group of people at this week at 6 am As the will all have luggage I want to park and go inside to meet them. The construction has made curbside pick up a total mess

What is the current situation with parking to pick up international passengers? In Janu I had to park in Terminal B and take a train to the international arrivals.
Is this still the best solution?
