IAH terminal B to terminal C/subway or Skyway, which one is faster?

Hi everyone!

I have to transfer and it is from terminal B5 to terminal E7. It needs to take a long way to get to Skyway from B5, but I heard that Skyway is much faster than the subway. Since I have only a small amount of time and kids and luggage…..😂 Which way is faster?
