IAH Drop off question

I fly through United at 6AM and plan to get there by 3/4AM. I’m assuming my flight is out of terminal C but it doesn’t show on my itinerary. I know there’s been some craziness with traffic, will it be bad at that time when I arrive there? Can I just get dropped at C or do I need to go to a different terminal and ride a train?
