IAH and EVA Air question

About a year ago I was near IAH and saw a plane approaching to land. It was one of the Sanrio special Hello Kitty planes from EVA Air. We live really close to the airport and I would love to show my daughter one of these planes in person but I have not seen another one. I checked the EVA website for the special planes but I can’t see that they even officially fly into Houston. Is there anyone in this sub that works at IAH or is familiar with these flights that might be able to give me an idea if they do still land in Houston and when I could be on the lookout?
