I want to look out the top of a tall building, what are my options?

Hello from Conroe! I want to take my kids 10/12 downtown to go to the aquarium in the next few weeks. I would like to be able to take them in one of the taller buildings downtown and get to look out at everything.

Surely some of these buildings have resturants/observation decks/something on the upper floors. Any suggestions are appreciated!
