I want Quinyon Mitchell at 23.

This dude is insane. Everyone is falling in love with him, especially after what he did at the combine. At this rate, I don't think he gets out of the top 20, unless he runs slower/is not as athletic as people think at the combine. I think he's worth trading down to 17-19 for. We don't even know if Steven Nelson is coming back, and we got a 40 year old Desmond King out there. Unless we sign a L'Jarius Sneed, or Antoine Winfield Jr in free agency, I'm kind of with the screw a WR, draft Mitchell type of mindset. Dude is a dawg and would be an "A" grade pick for me.
