I thought I got lucky with the storm and not losing power

But no, one of my awesome neighbors just had to have a pool and decided they could save money by digging the hole themselves.

So Friday morning: They hit the underground line, damaged it, blew the transformer.

Taking out power for everyone on the transformers grid.

Center Point has sent a crew but they couldn't fix it. The sent a second crew and they couldn't fix it.

Center Point has no idea when they will be able to repair the damaged line.

So apparently you don't need a storm to have no power. Just one A**hole neighbor.
