I stumbled upon a thriller/horror movie (2024) based in Houston/fictional Clearlake area and it’s pretty damn good.

It's called "The Intruder". It's definitely worth a watch in my opinion. He also stars in it.

I do not know him. Never heard of him. Never seen anything mentioned in all the posts over the years about films in Houston.

I don't want to spoil anything but it definitely intrigued me and I would 100% recommend. It's one of my worst fears and he does a good job capturing it.
