I posted this on a Mills post and took way to much time for it to be deleted

I love mills but I’ve been watching some games and his throwing motion is just very inconsistent and strange to the point where I think it’s a pretty big problem it also makes his arm strength weaker than it potentially could be, he has some crazy zip but you can see he under throws a lot of deep balls cause of his motion.

His foot work is also kinda questionable because he seems to always second guess himself and not point his whole body at the receiver when making his final read so it can sometimes be inaccurate and that’s why he’s thrown some of his picks.

With all that said if he improves his throwing motion and foot work and has a decent OC this year ( Pep ) then I could easily see him becoming a very serviceable guy, he will never be a guy who will wow people with his play style but with a good run game could be a great game manager that wins games and wouldn’t cost a lot of money and I mean this in the best way possible. I also don’t mean game manager is a bad thing in any way.

Also get the man a receiver this draft. Trading into the first with the second and another pick we have and get him Treylon Burks, just would help push his development.
