I need to change my valve cover gasket on 03 lancer

Looking to pay someone to change my valve cover gasket on my 03 lancer in the 77036 area

Problems-

1. Oil is leaking into the spark plug sockets.

2. One spark plug is being held by a piece of rubber from the ignition coil and removing the valve cover will make it easy to remove.

3. I’m trying to change my valve cover gasket to see if that’ll relieve that issue.

4. The valve cover is easy to remove I simply don’t have the parts necessary.
