I need the idiots to listen up…..

Please stop overpaying for homes. You’ve driven the “value” of my home up by $75,000 in one year and now the county is using the pandemic, supply shortage, labor shortage and every other excuse to drive up my property taxes. It’s criminal. As if inflation isn’t skyrocketing enough, now the county wants to use this concoction as a recipe to squeeze more money and prosper from it. I’m a native Texan and at this rate, I will be gentrified out of my neighborhood by the influx of idiots willing to pay California prices for Texas homes. I get that there is a supply and demand issue at play, but apparently the county doesn’t give a s**t….go Astros.
