I need the good good bean and cheese.

In search of a good bean and cheese taco this morning. San Antonio breakfast style. No Torchys taco bullshit. I’m talking an abuela stewing them beans for a minute to throw on a homemade tortilla w heart stopping amounts of cheddar. Any help appreciated.
