I need the best fried rice yall’ve ever tasted

I’ve have been starved for good fried rice for like 2 years at this point. My absolute favorite fried rice was from Sakura near Pearland Town Center. It was so delicious for like a decade but now it’s this bland unseasoned mess…

To give a description, it was very dark but didn’t overtly taste like soy sauce at all. It was more peppery than salty, and very buttery but not at all mushy. It used to not come with any peas, but now it does. (If at all possible I’d like to omit most vegetables, I hate veggies In fried rice). I got the Sakura Fried Rice, so it came with sweet onions chopped fairly small but still had a delicious bite to it. Big chunks of scrambled egg, steak, chicken, and shrimp.
