I need help locating a person or a business.

About a year ago both of my neighbors were taken to the hospital, they were elderly and not in good health, one has since unfortunately passed away. The other is still living and was in some sort of living facility in Humble called Friends Transitional Living located at 3019 Eagle Nest Ln. My neighbors did not have Amy children and the one that is missing was adopted so he has no additional family. The wife has family but they live in Maine and are also not in the best help but I communicate with the sister in law of said missing neighbor. She has filled a missing person's report but I'm wondering did this company maybe relocate or change names? I guess I'd just like some advice on what to do or how to find this company or a way to contact them. The number we have does not work anymore.
