I need advise. I’ve already paid one year for this apartment and I have roaches.

I live in Houston TX. I moved here because I needed something affordable. I make horrible money from disability but I had a retirement saved up. At 34 and finally got diagnosed and had to spend my retirement on appointments and hospital visits. I spent the last of my retirement on a little over 10k so buy an apartment for 12 months. Early on- after my neighbor moved- I had small roaches everywhere. I called the apartment for months and they would come out every Friday to do a clean. The roaches never stopped so months and months later like 2 Fridays ago they were supposed to have a level two- which was roach bombing. I have a dog so I had to get a hotel on my already horrible penny budget. I called the office the day before, the day after and two days after that and they all said it was done. It wasn’t. I even went to give my house so they could cut it. So now either they get rid of the roaches THIS Friday which I don’t believe them and spend money I don’t have. It’s so funny that they are taking the responsibility but also that they “don’t know which of the 3 employees lied to me” and I know….. but as of now, my apartment is covered in small roaches and I’m the idiot that paid for this entire year (I had to at the time because I don’t make 3 1/2 times the rent bc I’m on disability.
